Felligo collects as little as it can on this website. This page says exactly what is collected, which platforms receive it, what it is used for, and how to turn it off.

What the site collects about you
Two things are collected here: general visit information used for measurement and advertising, and the details you type into a form.
- Which pages of felligo.com you viewed, in what order, and how long you stayed.
- The site or search result you arrived from.
- Approximate details of your device, browser and operating system, and your country and city.
- A cookie-based identifier, so the same visit can be counted once rather than once per page.
- The actions we treat as conversions: submitting a demo request, or joining the waitlist.
No payment card details, and no pet or client records, are collected on this marketing site. Payment information is handled by our payment providers inside the Felligo app, and never touches these trackers.
Who receives it, and why
We do not sell personal information. These two platforms receive the visit information above so we can measure and pay for advertising.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

- Pages you visit on this site, rough device, browser and referral details, and a cookie-based identifier that lets visits be recognised across pages.
- Why
- To measure whether ads on Meta platforms bring visitors here, to build audiences from people who took an action, and to optimise who sees those ads.
- How to opt out
- Meta's own controls: your ad settings and the digital-advertising choices at youradonline.com.
Google (Analytics and Ads)
- What they receive
- Pages you visit, how you arrived, approximate location down to country and city, device and browser details, and a cookie-based identifier.
- Why
- To measure site traffic and how the site performs, and to measure and optimise ads shown on Google's own network, including remarketing to past visitors.
- How to opt out
- Google's ad settings and the Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by clearing site cookies.
What we hold directly
Book a Demo
Your name, phone number, email address and, if you give it, your website. This is emailed to our team and used to reply to you.
Waitlist
The email address or phone number you enter, plus which button you came from. It is stored so we can contact you when we open your area.
We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and to understand where our customers come from, then delete them. Email us any time to be removed sooner.
Where you are not tracked at all
We do not run a cookie banner, because the visitors this site is built for — mobile pet groomers, walkers, sitters and pet taxi operators across Australia and New Zealand — are not in a region where one is required.
In regions where consent must be collected before advertising cookies run — the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Norway — the Meta and Google trackers on this site are switched off completely rather than asking. We work out roughly where you are from your network address at the moment the page loads. If we cannot work it out, we treat you as being in one of those regions and load nothing.
Visitors who browse with JavaScript disabled are not tracked either: without running any code there is no way to check which region they are in, so nothing loads.
Your choices
- Clear site cookies for felligo.com in your browser — this stops the trackers recognising your browser.
- Turn off personalised advertising in Google's ad settings, and in Meta's ad settings.
- Use your browser's tracking protection, or a blocking extension, and these trackers will not load.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
- If you are in Australia, you can also escalate a privacy concern to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
