Privacy Policy
Felligo collects as little as it can on this website. This page says exactly what is collected, which platforms receive it, what it is used for, and how to turn it off.

What the site collects about you
Two things are collected here: general visit information used for measurement and advertising, and the details you type into a form.
- Which pages of felligo.com you viewed, in what order, and how long you stayed.
- The site or search result you arrived from.
- Approximate details of your device, browser and operating system, and your country and city.
- A cookie-based identifier, so the same visit can be counted once rather than once per page.
- The actions we treat as conversions: submitting a demo request, or joining the waitlist.
No payment card details, and no pet or client records, are collected on this marketing site. Payment information is handled by our payment providers inside the Felligo app, and never touches these trackers.
Who receives it, and why
We do not sell personal information. These platforms receive the visit information above so we can measure and pay for advertising.
TikTok
- What they receive
- Page views, button and call clicks, successful walkthrough requests, IP address, browser details, TikTok click IDs and the _ttp cookie identifier. Click IDs are retained for up to 90 days and passed with the cookie identifier to felligo.app. For walkthrough requests, normalized email and phone details are shared as SHA-256 hashes for advertising matching, unless TikTok tracking is blocked or you opt out. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous.
- Why
- To measure TikTok advertising, attribute walkthrough enquiries and optimise ads. Successful requests may be reported by both the browser pixel and Events API using the same request ID to prevent duplicate counting.
- How to opt out
- Use Stop TikTok tracking below at any time. The refusal takes effect immediately across open tabs and is checked before later browser and server events. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honoured. TikTok's own advertising settings are also available.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- What they receive
- Pages you visit on this site, rough device, browser and referral details, and a cookie-based identifier that lets visits be recognised across pages.
- Why
- To measure whether ads on Meta platforms bring visitors here, to build audiences from people who took an action, and to optimise who sees those ads.

Google (Analytics and Ads)
- What they receive
- Pages you visit, how you arrived, approximate location down to country and city, device and browser details, and a cookie-based identifier.
- Why
- To measure site traffic and how the site performs, and to measure and optimise ads shown on Google's own network, including remarketing to past visitors.
- How to opt out
- Google's ad settings and the Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by clearing site cookies.
What we hold directly
Get a free walkthrough
Your name, phone number, email address and, if you give it, your website. This is emailed to our team and used to reply to you.
Waitlist
The email address or phone number you enter, plus which button you came from. It is stored so we can contact you when we open your area.
We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and to understand where our customers come from, then delete them. Email us any time to be removed sooner.
Where you are not tracked at all
This site uses a no-banner approach. TikTok tracking is blocked for visitors positively identified in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland. Elsewhere, including unknown regions, TikTok tracking runs unless an applicable refusal or opt-out blocks it.
In regions where consent must be collected before advertising cookies run — the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Norway — the Meta and Google trackers on this site are switched off completely rather than asking. We work out roughly where you are from your network address at the moment the page loads. If we cannot work it out, we treat you as being in one of those regions for Google and Meta and do not load those trackers.
Visitors who browse with JavaScript disabled are not tracked either: without running any code there is no way to check which region they are in, so nothing loads.
Your choices
- Clear site cookies for felligo.com in your browser — this stops the trackers recognising your browser.
- Turn off personalised advertising in Google's ad settings, and in Meta's ad settings.
- Use your browser's tracking protection, or a blocking extension, and these trackers will not load.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
- If you are in Australia, you can also escalate a privacy concern to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
