Question 1

What is Felligo?

Accepted Answer

Felligo is an all-in-one operational platform for Australian mobile pet care providers — groomers, walkers, sitters, and pet taxis. It replaces the spreadsheets and separate apps most mobile pet businesses juggle, combining:
• Bookings & route-first dispatching, with automated travel buffers
• Automated SMS updates
• Digital client waivers
• Payments

Question 2

Does Felligo work for dog walkers, pet sitters, and pet taxis, or just groomers?

Accepted Answer

Felligo supports all four mobile pet care services — grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and pet taxis — on one platform. Each service has its own purpose-built tools:
• Walkers: photo-led walk recaps and pack-safe route dispatching
• Sitters: check-in/check-out visit verification
• Taxis: pickup/drop-off tracking

Question 3

Does Felligo integrate with Xero?

Accepted Answer

Yes — via a Xero-ready export, not a live sync:
• Invoices, payments, and client profiles export into a Xero-ready file
• Regional tax rates and surcharges are already calculated
• You import the file into Xero yourself
It removes manual re-entry and end-of-month reconciliation work, even without a live connection.

Question 4

How much does Felligo cost?

Accepted Answer

Felligo has three plans:
• Starter — $0/month: limited feature set to test the platform. 2% platform fee.
• Solo — $29.99/month ex. GST: for independent operators, includes 1 active staff seat. 1% platform fee.
• Team — $49.99/month ex. GST: includes 2 seats, plus $10/month ex. GST per additional seat. 0.7% platform fee.

Question 5

What payment methods does Felligo support?

Accepted Answer

You're never locked into one processor. Felligo supports:
• Recurring Bookings — direct debit (BECS)
• Confirmation Deposits & balance payments — sent as an SMS PayLink
• Tap & Go — your own Square or Tyro terminal (or ours)
• PayID and cash — both fee-free to process

Question 6

Is Felligo available outside Australia?

Accepted Answer

Felligo is currently built for and available to businesses in Australia. If you're outside Australia and interested, contact us — we'd love to hear from you.

Question 7

Is my business data secure and isolated from other users?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Felligo account's data is kept completely private and separate — your client lists, financial records, and schedules are never visible to other Felligo businesses.

Question 8

Does Felligo support direct debit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — direct debit (BECS) runs recurring bookings automatically:
• A weekly Monday sweep handles billing
• An invoice is generated per payment
• Failed payments retry automatically — no chasing clients

Question 9

Does Felligo check waivers and vaccination records?

Accepted Answer

Felligo doesn't record or verify these automatically — it makes it easy for you to check.
• Every job card shows waiver, vaccination and direct debit status at a glance
• Confirming a client's paperwork and payment takes one look, not a search
If something's missing — like an expired vaccination — Felligo flags it and gives you a one-tap way to chase it up.

Question 10

Can I use Felligo on desktop?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Felligo is fully responsive, working on mobile, tablet, or desktop in your web browser. Use it in the van on your phone, then pull up the same account on a bigger screen back at your desk.

Question 11

How many free SMS are included with my plan?

Accepted Answer

• Starter & Solo (1 seat): 100 SMS/month
• Team (2 seats): 200 SMS/month
• Team (5 seats): 500 SMS/month
It scales automatically as you add seats.

Question 12

Does Felligo have a refer-a-friend feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes — set your own give-and-get reward:
• Shows up automatically on your clients' job reports
• Referred client gets a welcome credit
• You get a reward credit
Your regulars become your referral engine.

Question 13

Does Felligo support upfront deposits?

Accepted Answer

Yes — take a deposit at the time of booking to protect against no-shows and last-minute cancellations. If a client does cancel, you choose whether to refund the deposit or keep it as a cancellation fee.

Question 14

Does Felligo have vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — create promo codes with:
• Percent or fixed-discount value
• A minimum spend
• Service restrictions
• Usage limits and an expiry date
Issue them publicly, or lock them to a specific client.

Question 15

Does Felligo auto-send job reports to customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every job wraps into an automatic report, sent the moment it's complete. It's independent of the billing cycle, so clients get their update whether or not payment's processed yet.

Question 16

Who's Reo?

Accepted Answer

Reo is Felligo's built-in AI assistant — not a bolt-on, it lives inside the platform. Ask it something like "check Friday's availability and reach out to anyone we haven't seen recently" and it chains the steps together:
• Checking gaps
• Finding leads
• Drafting outreach for you to review and send
It never sends anything without you approving it first.

Question 17

Can I book a group walk under one job?

Accepted Answer

Yes — group multiple dogs under a single master booking, so a pack walk tracks and bills as one job, not five separate ones.

Question 18

Can I control what my team members can see and do?

Accepted Answer

Yes — team seats come with restricted financial permissions:
• Field staff can see their schedule and job details
• They don't get access to payments or banking information
You decide who sees what as your team grows.

Question 19

Do sitters need to enable GPS tracking?

Accepted Answer

No — recurring sitting visits are verified with a timestamped check-in and check-out the moment you arrive and leave. No GPS route tracking required.

Question 20

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you don't need a card just to start:
• Sign up and use Felligo immediately — no card needed
• A card's only required when you activate a plan
• Solo & Team: 14-day free trial, no subscription charge and no platform fee during that window
• Starter: free forever, no subscription fee, 2% platform fee from your first completed paid job

Question 21

Do I pay the platform fee during my free trial?

Accepted Answer

No — on Solo and Team, both the subscription charge and the platform fee are waived for your first 14 days. The platform fee only starts once your trial ends and your plan goes live.
